Meet Mona—the Realtor Who Provides Service with Heart


 In 2012, when Realtor Mona Ramstead’s son was about a year away from graduating high school, she decided to go back into the workforce after being a stay at home mom.  When it came to choosing a career path, she knew real estate was the career for her. After all, she had worked in property management years ago and always loved going to open houses and checking out new properties

“My mom worked as a realtor and other family members have been in the real estate industry for years so it’s basically in my blood,” Mona shared.  

While Mona enjoys all aspects of working as a realtor, the part of the job she resonates with the most is the building of relationships and working one on one with clients to help them make their dreams come true. 

“I love that moment when my clients decide on a house and you can see the excitement in their eyes,” Mona said. “I become emotionally invested with each and every client and I understand what they are going through and live it with them. I enjoy building a friendship and actually feel a bit sad after the transaction ends.”

It is that kind of passion and caring nature that sets Mona apart from other realtors—she provides service with heart and that comes from an authentic place. She is passionate about being nurturing and responsive to her clients. They know that she will truly listen to them and go above and beyond to get their transaction done.
